Lunar Eclipse Shravan Purnima 28-Aug

Apsara Sadhana is considered one of the most complex and demanding spiritual practices. It is not simple because it includes many detailed steps, numerous mantras, and several different methods. In fact, for even a single Apsara, there can be twenty or more different ways to perform the sadhana. Because of this variety and complexity, the most important thing is to know the correct method. Without the right approach, it becomes very difficult to achieve success on this path.
To truly understand and perform Apsara sadhana, one needs guidance from a knowledgeable Guru. A Guru is not just a teacher, but someone who has experience and deep understanding of these practices. Only such a Guru can properly teach the disciple the correct procedures and the right mantras. These mantras were originally practiced and perfected by ancient sages like Garg, Kanad, Pulatsya, Vashishtha, Vishwamitra, and others. These great sages successfully performed Apsara sadhana and achieved its desired results.
It is widely believed that many of the ancient sages practiced this form of sadhana and attained success. However, each sage had his own thinking, approach, and technique. Their methods were effective during their time, but the question that arises today is whether those same methods are still suitable and effective in the modern age.
To understand this better, we can look at a simple example. In ancient times, people used carts to travel. Today, we use cars, trains, airplanes etc. instead. We do not follow the old method because we now have a more efficient and convenient solution. The same principle applies to spiritual practices as well. Over time, there have been improvements and developments in the methods of sadhanas. Sages have continuously worked to refine these techniques so that they can lead to quicker and more effective results.
The practices followed by sages in ancient times were suitable for their era. However, if we compare ourselves with those sages, we can clearly see many differences. We do not have the same level of discipline, purity, or inner strength that they possessed. They often lived longer, had strong physical bodies, and practiced strict control over their senses. In contrast, modern people live busy lives, face constant stress, and often lack both time and patience.
Because of these differences, the sadhanas performed by those sages may not be entirely suitable for us today. In ancient times, a person might spend many years—sometimes even decades—doing a single sadhana. Today, most people cannot dedicate such long periods. In fact, many people find it difficult to spend one hour focused on spiritual practice. Modern life is filled with responsibilities. People are occupied with work, family, social obligations, and daily challenges. Because of this, it becomes extremely difficult to perform long and intense sadhanas. The sages of the past did not face the same types of distractions or pressures that we face today. Their lives were simpler, and they had more time and mental space to focus on spiritual growth.
Another important point to consider is the role of the Guru. Not every Guru has deep knowledge of the effectiveness of ancient mantras in the present time. Some may simply read from old books and repeat what is written there, without understanding whether those methods still work today. Such guidance may not lead to success.
Even if a person sincerely tries to follow these old methods, there is a high chance of failure. One of the main reasons for this is that mantras and techniques may not produce the same results in the modern era. Just as tools and weapons have evolved over time, spiritual methods have evolved too.
In the same way, spiritual practices should also adapt to the current era. New methods may be more suitable for modern conditions. Therefore, it becomes extremely important to find a Guru who is not only knowledgeable but has also personally achieved success in these sadhanas. Such a Guru understands which methods work best today and can guide others effectively.
A true Guru is someone who has practical experience and has mastered various sadhanas. He knows how to adjust techniques according to the needs of modern practitioners. Under such guidance, the chances of success increase greatly. In the teachings shared by Gurudev, an interesting and thoughtful idea is presented. Many people above the age of sixty hesitate to perform Apsara sadhana. They feel that at their age, they should not engage in such practices or enjoy worldly pleasures.
However, Gurudev presents a different perspective. He explains that a person gets true free time only after the age of sixty. Earlier in life, people are busy handling responsibilities. They work to build careers, raise families, and manage financial and social duties. These responsibilities consume most of their time and energy.
During these years, it becomes very difficult to focus on spiritual practices. The mind remains distracted, and the pressure of daily life prevents deep concentration. Because of this, a person may not achieve success in Sadhanas during this stage of life. Once these responsibilities are reduced or completed, a person finally gains the freedom to focus on themselves. This stage of life can be ideal for spiritual growth and inner exploration. Therefore, instead of avoiding such practices, one should use this time wisely.
According to this teaching, success in sadhana becomes easier when the mind is free from worldly burdens. Only then can a person truly experience the benefits of such practices and enjoy life in a deeper and more fulfilling way.
Apsara Sadhana is believed to bring many benefits. Through this sadhana, a person can develop beauty, charm, attractiveness, and even a form of magnetic aura that draws others. It is also said to bring success, happiness, and the fulfillment of one’s desires. Apsaras are described as celestial beings with divine qualities and powers. They are believed to possess beauty, grace, and the ability to influence emotions and situations.
When they are pleased through proper sadhana, they are said to become favorable toward the sadhak. This means that they may help fulfill wishes, remove obstacles, and bring positive changes in life. Their blessings can continue throughout the life of the sadhak, supporting them in different ways.
Because of these potential benefits, Apsara sadhana is considered an important practice for those who are on a spiritual path. It is believed that every serious practitioner should explore such practices to experience life fully and achieve their desires.
However, it is equally important to approach this path with proper understanding and guidance. Without the right method and the support of a capable Guru, the practice can become confusing and unproductive. With the right approach, dedication, and guidance, a practitioner can achieve not only spiritual growth but also happiness, success, and fulfillment in life.
Presented below is the sadhana of Saundaryottamaa Apsara as shared by Gurudev. The sadhaks should take full advantage of this time as the month of Shravan is blessed to fulfill any desire. On top of that, there is a lunar eclipse falling on the Shravan Purnima making the day more beneficial to perform this sadhana and gain success.
Those who want to get success in this field should first get initiated with Saundaryottamaa Apsara Diksha. All those who want to perform this sadhana, should send their photograph to the office. Gurudev will be initiating those sadhaks during the lunar eclipse on the day of Shravan Purnima. Sadhaks should then start performing the sadhana with the sadhana articles sent to them.
It is advisable to take quick action to attain the sadhana articles before time and start the sadhana from this very day.
Sadhana Procedure:
One needs Saundaryottamaa Apsara yantra, Aakarshan Gutikha & Saundaryottamaa Apsara rosary for this sadhana. This is a 7 days sadhana and should be performed early in the morning before sunrise or between 10pm to 11pm at night. The sadhak who wants to perform this sadhana should take a bath, wear beautiful clothes and wear some fragrance (rose or henna only) and sit on a yellow mat facing east. Take a wooden plank and cover it with fresh yellow cloth. Place a picture of revered Gurudev and worship Him with vermillion, rice grains, flowers etc. Light a ghee lamp and an incense stick. Then chant one round of Guru Mantra and pray to Gurudev for success in sadhana.
Now take some water in your right hand and pledge, “I (speak out your name) am performing this sadhana for attaining Saundaryottamaa Apsara in the most favorable form.” and let the water flow onto the ground. Take a copper plate place it in front of Gurudev’ picture. Place the yantra into it and worship the yantra with vermillion, rice grains, fragrance etc. Place Apsara Gutika at the center of the yantra and worship it too as above. Now speak out your one wish and chant 1 round of the below mantra.
Mantra
|| Om Hreem Hreem Saundaryottamaa Apsaraa Poorn
Siddhaye Hreem Hreem Phat ||
।। ऊँ ह्रीं ह्रीं सौन्दर्योत्तमा अप्सरा पूर्ण सिद्धये ह्रीं ह्रीं फट् ।।
Speak out a new wish each day prior to the mantra chanting. Thus in 7 days, a person can fulfill 7 wishes.
There is a huge possibility that you might feel some indications related to the presence of Saundaryottamaa Apsaraa while performing this sadhana. You might feel a strong fragrant breeze entering your worship place, you might feel someone whispering to you, you might feel someone entering your room etc. The sadhak must not get distracted by all these and should continue to chant the mantra.
Without any doubt, this is a great sadhana for all the sadhaks and must be performed to attain wealth, health and happiness in life. Keep the sadhana articles at your worship place for 21 days and then drop them in a river of pond. This completes the sadhana procedure. One should get in touch with Gurudev to share his or her observations and seek His divine guidance to appease the Apsara completely and to keep her favorable throughout life.
