Flowers and fragrances can be felt only by those who themselves are fragranced with flowers. The miserable in this world may try to mask their sad tears through various ways but are never successful. Millions of beautiful ornaments cannot hide the sorrows of the heart. The world is full of thorns because we are still thorns. You feel, whatever your see. You get whatever you are, and not a morsel more. You get as per your capability. You can only collect the tears at this time, and so cannot get nectar. Aspirations will remain unfulfilled. You will have to refine your physical form, purify it, to make it worthy of nectar.
What do you want in the future? Whatever you received in the past was pleasant, and you aspire to receive it in the future, in bigger quantity and more refined form. But still the same! The future is the product of your past. I wish that man should be freed up from the past so that he can be liberated from the future too. Because neither the past nor the future has any basis. The past is gone, and the future has not yet arrived. Whatever is now, is the present – now and here! Dhyan meditation is the art of staying within this present. One who immerses completely in the present, gets his life illuminated, the spark burns bright in his life – of his love, prayer for wisdom, for Providence.
Perform Sadhana of whatever I am stating. Believe only if you can realize the truth of whatever I am stating. However, you do not believe me, you trust your experience, and you believe your actions. Each of my disciples is the master of his own self.
I have realized something, which I want to share with you. I invite you to see that this is hidden within your own self too. My wisdom is not yours. However, if you can see whatever has happened within me, then you will be reminded of your own treasure. The lamp has to be lighted. A burnt-out lamp can always remember that it can be again lit. A seed germinated, bloomed, then the neighboring seed will also aspire to break free. He will also muster the courage to break, the mettle to become lost within the ground, because he saw another seed getting broken, and realized that the seed bloomed into a huge tree full of millions of seeds, instead of getting lost in the ground. A single seed broke and led to millions of seeds. The seed lost its existence and blossomed flowers and fruits. The sweet fragrance pervaded the air. The person is always afraid of death. He does not wish to die and wishes to remain immortal. This initiates the philosophy. The philosophy conducts deep research, and declares to humankind – Do you fear death. You have an immortal basis, and It is Brahma. It is your own soul, residing within your own heart. Purify your mind, and contemplate on this eternal-pure-immortal-immutable soul. You will attain immortality.
We have to destroy the inertia and stereotype bindings of this society because we are rotting, trapped within these bondages. All of these bondages can be shattered. This country will again become the most blessed country on earth, its natural wealth is so diverse, it is so multifaceted that no country in the world can compete with it. It is such a big nation, it is a subcontinent, it has all kinds of weather, all kinds of winds, all kinds of weathers, mountains, rivers, plains, and seas. What it doesn’t have, what it lacks now, it’s just that it has lost its talent, its talent has rusted away. And your rationalists do not want to eradicate this rusty layer, for their own survival. Their rationalism will remain significant, as long as this rusty layer stays. Everyone will discard their rationalism, the moment, this rust gets removed. Removal of this rust will turn every inhabitant of this glorious nation into a wise person.
In reality, human life is full of darkness. However, the light within is eternal. The outer periphery of human life is covered with poison, but an ocean of elixir is filled inside. The bondages are external, while the inner being is fully liberated. The outside is pervaded with the darkness of death, but the elixir shines brightly inside. Anyone who realizes this inner nectar attains divinity. Then these external bondages of darkness fade away. Life is full of dark sorrow and suffering until you remain ignorant of the soul within you. Yet, as soon as you realize your inner being, all this dark sorrow, pain, and suffering melt away, leading you to attain divine joy.
After incarnating on the path of this creation, we get attracted towards the objective pleasures, because of which, the joy exits away from our mind. The sole reason for this is that whatever objects our mind gets attracted to, are themselves temporary. This causes our mind to flit away to a different attraction when it feels paucity of one attraction. This cycle continues continuously, denying us attainment of joy and bliss, due to our failure to achieve our worldly objectives. A half-filled pitcher can play a harmonious sound, while a filled pot cannot emit any sound. Only water sprinkles out.
It is necessary for a worldly man to realize himself. You cannot comprehend others without knowing your own self. The basic mantra of life is to realize the self and recognize the supreme Providence within our hearts. Very few people in the world are able to realize the hidden powers inside them. The rest take these back with them upon their death. The lack of any sense about the destination is akin to the person who is sitting on the train but doesn’t know where to go to. You will find millions of folks in this world, who have covered sixty, or seventy stations while sitting in the train of their life, but have not yet understood, where to alight, or where to go to?
The relationship in which the focus is more on giving rather than receiving is the most excellent one. Such a divine relationship exists between the Guru and the disciple. The Guru grants knowledge and the disciple gives service, so this relationship is considered to be the best. The best Guru just wants to make you progress further ahead, he wants to see your talent and intends to take you to the pinnacle where competence and consciousness are filled within the soul within you.
The Guru is like the sun to the disciple, who wakes up the sleeping. He is like the wind, which brings joyful situations in life. Guru bestows consciousness through the stream of knowledge in sweet spiritual melody, just like a bird. The person should be able to realize his own self. The proper development of our personality is possible only when we are under the constant guidance-protection of the best Guru. Guru not only activates the ability, courage, and inner powers of the disciple but also keeps them continually awake. Apart from preparing him to face every kind of situation, He is always ready to grant complete success to His every devotee.
