This Sadhana must be performed if someone is ill in the if some astrologer has found an untimely death circumstances in your horoscope, if there is a fear of death, if a person is surrounded by enemies in life or if there are chances of a sudden death. All these circumstances can be easily dealt by the grace of this magnificent Sadhana and Lord Shiva.
Take a bath in the morning at 4 a.m. and get into fresh white cloth. Sit on a white mat facing North. Place a wooden plank in front and cover it with a fresh red cloth. Now place Shwetaark Ganpati over it. Offer a mark with Sindoor to Lord Ganpati and make a mark on your forehead too. Now offer some jaggery to Lord Ganpati chanting Gam Ganapatyai Namah. Light a ghee lamp and an incense stick. Now place Parad Shivling and worship it with rice grains, vermillion, flowers etc. chanting Om Namah Shivaaya. Now take some water in your right hand and pledge thus –

Now Chant 51 rounds of below mantra with Rudraksha rosary.
Even though performing the mantra chanting during a single Monday of Shravan month is good enough, however if the person is in a very bad condition then it is advisable to continue chanting 51 rounds of the above mantra on the following days till a person doesn’t complete one lakh twenty five thousand chant count. However, the benefits of this mantra becomes visible from the very first day. The sick people start to recover from the very first day and they become fully fit by the time the mantra chanting completes.
The value of a good health can only be explained by a man suffering from a major illness. Nothing seems appealing to a person suffering from any major disease. He deeply wishes to pay any amount to recover his health. It is also a truth that if a person wishes to see a hell on this planet, then he can visit a hospital and see the sufferings of various people. A bed ridden sick person, no matter how rich he is, remains deprived of all the worldly pleasures, he can’t eat delicious foods, he can’t go out and enjoy nature and he can’t even enjoy his life for a single moment. Under such a circumstances only solution is to perform sadhana of Lord Shiva in Baidyanath form. Gurudev will be granting BaidyaNath Poorn Kayakalp Diksha during this Shravan month.
