Diwali holds special significance in the life of every Indian. We all celebrate this day with full vigor and worship Goddess Maha Lakshmi to gain financial boons. However, Goddess Lakshmi should not be associated with wealth only. There are thousand forms of Goddess Lakshmi which are associated with various aspects of life. It is very difficult to appease all these forms of Goddess Lakshmi by worshipping each and every form. However, the day of Diwali is one such powerful day on which one can appease multiple forms of the beloved mother using short procedures.
The night of Diwali is highly energized by nature to perform Sadhanas. Great Yogis, Sadhaks, Tantriks eagerly wait for this day to get success in their Sadhanas. Presented below are some short yet highly effective Sadhanas of Goddess Maha Lakshmi which have been collected from various ascetics and sadhaks. These ascetics live in extreme remote locations yet they have all the luxuries of life. They have been able to reach to this level by means of their dedication, will and eagerness to obtain success in Sadhanas. Don’t miss this golden opportunity and do try these Sadhanas on this Diwali.
It was the time when I was serving one of the ascetic in the dense forests of West Bengal. His name was Kripalu Baba. He had several disciples and I consider myself fortunate to have attained his closeness in life. He was very famous in that area and many householders too visited him. One day, a householder disciple of Kripalu Baba came to meet him. The disciple looked a bit dejected and was in some sort of agony. Looking at his face, Kripalu Baba asked him about such a state of mind.
The disciple, Govind, replied, “Baba Ji, I have been serving you since last 5 years. Yet it looks like my fortune will never rise. This year too, I have not been promoted and people with much lesser experience than me got promoted.”
Kripalu Baba said, “You are so sad for such a small issue. Soon you will definitely get a promotion. Now have some food and go back to your home. Today is Diwali and your family is waiting for you.”
However, Govind was in no mood to go back that day. He said, “Baba Ji, yes today is Diwali and you know my condition very well. I had thought that I will buy some crackers and some sweets for my kids today but I don’t have enough money. If I would have been promoted, all my financial issues would have also got sorted out. You are such a great Guru and yet I am living such a pathetic life. I know, there are shortcomings in me but you are a great personality. I don’t wish to live a life of dejection any more. Please guide me Gurudev.” And tears started to pour out of Govind’s eyes.
Baba Ji too got emotional seeing his disciple cry. He looked deeply into the eyes of Govind and asked Govind to wait for some time. Kripalu Baba then entered into his hut and after some fifteen twenty minutes came out with few Sadhana articles. Handing over the articles into the hands of Govind, Kripalu Baba told him that now his fortune will definitely rise. He shared the Sadhana procedure with Govind and gave him some money too. Then he asked Govind to buy some sweets and crackers for his children and go back home.
Few days later, Govind came back with his complete family and bowed down in the holy feet of Kripalu Baba. His face was glowing and it appeared as if something great had happened with him. Govind told Baba Ji that he completed the Sadhana as per Baba Ji’s instructions and with full faith. He had received an offer letter from a different company who offered him a managerial post. Also, the offered compensation was twice more than what Govind was getting in his current job.
A smile came on the face of Kripalu Baba and he said, “Govind you truly deserve this post. This is the impact of the Sadhana that you performed on the day of Diwali.”
Later Kripalu Baba told me the details of this Sadhana. He told me that this is an excellent Sadhana which can help a person to open the gate of fortunes for him. The Sadhana procedure is a short one and I am presenting it here for the benefits of the sadhaks.
One needs Siyar Singi and Crystal rosary for this Sadhana. Sadhak must get up early on the day of Diwali and take a bath. Get into fresh yellow clothes and sit on a yellow mat facing south direction.
Take a wooden plank and cover it too with fresh yellow cloth. Place a picture of Gurudev and worship Him with vermillion, rice grains, flowers etc. Light an oil lamp and an incense stick. Then chant one round of Guru Mantra with the crystal rosary and pray to Gurudev for success in Sadhana.
Now place Siyar Singi in a copper plate and place it in front of Gurudev’s picture. Siyar Singi is a very special article and is said to possess special powers to appease the Goddess. Next make a mark on the Siyar Singi with vermillion and chant 11 rounds of the following mantra with the crystal rosary.
Keep Siyar Singi at some pious place within your home the next day. Daily take a glimpse of Siyar Singi prior to leaving home for your work. This ensure that you get success in each and every aspect of your life and you will soon find out that many gates of fortunes have got opened up for you now. This is a tried and tested procedure and must be performed by every individual in life.
It was the time when I was in Himalayas where I met a great Sabar Tantrik. He was famous in that region and had gained a lot of siddhis using Sabar Sadhana. His name was Aghora Tantrik. He usually spent all his time alone and I never saw any disciple with him. I met him luckily and how he allowed me to stay with him is altogether a different story.
One day, I was wandering around the Himalayas along with Aghora. We were enjoying our leisure time where he was talking about his various experiences related to Sabar Sadhanas. Suddenly, his eyes fell on a young man who somehow came this deep into the forest. Normally, this location was far deep within the jungle and I never saw any householder coming here.
Aghora stood up and shouted at the young man, “You moron! Where do you think you are going? It’s not your park. Go back from where you have come else I will kill you.” The young man looked towards us and said, “I am here to kill myself. I wondering why no wild animal has yet attacked me. If it pleases you, you can kill me.”
The young man was hardly twenty five years old. Aghora looked at him with pity and then closed his eyes. After a while, he opened his eyes and said, “If you want, you can come with me.” I couldn’t make out the reason why Aghora allowed him to stay with him as Aghora preferred solitude. The young man agreed to stay with him. It appeared as if Aghora had hypnotized the young man and changed his mind.
From the next day, the young man started to look after Aghora’s necessities. He used to get up early, clean the premises around Aghora’s hut, bring some fruits to eat etc. Soon, the young man became very close to Aghora. One day, Aghora asked him, “Why were you so desperate to kill yourself?” Listening to this, the young man said, “I had suffered huge loss in my business. Everything that I possessed once was lost. I was in huge debt. I wanted to bring an end to my misery and thought that bringing an end to my life will solve all my problems. Due to this reason only, I left my home and came here to kill myself.”
Listening to these words, Aghora got a bit angry but then calmed himself. He then further said, “What you did is an action of cowards. You came here to end your life without considering what will happen to your family. Will the people who lent you the money will allow your family to live in peace?”
Tears started to flow out of the young man’s eyes. Aghora got up t and went straight into the hut. We waited for him to come out as we didn’t dare to enter into his hut when he was so enraged. Around 4:00 am he came out and asked the young man to get freshened up and come back straight to him. After some 20-30 minutes, the young man appeared before Aghora. Aghora gave him a yantra and a rosary and told some Sadhana procedure.
He then pointed towards a big stone and asked the young man to climb on it and start the Sadhana. The young man did as he was told. He came back to Aghora after around one hour and bowed down in Aghora’s feet. Then he asked, “What next has to be done, master?” Aghora got a little bit tensed and I could see tear drops in his eyes. He controlled his emotions and ordered the young man, “You need to leave this place right now. Your family needs you a lot. They are going through a very tough time and it’s your duty to help them. The Sadhana that you performed today is going to help you in your life and soon you will be able to clear all your debts. You have called me master and it is the duty of the disciple to execute his master’s wishes.” Saying so, Aghora left the place and went into his hut.
I looked at the young man who was weeping. He got attached with Aghora so much that he didn’t want to leave him. However, he also understood the order of his Guru and left back to his home. Some weeks later, I inquired about the young man from Aghora. Aghora told me that he is doing fine, he has returned all his debt and is living a happy life now. I can see that Aghora’s throat got chocked while talking about the young man. I then showed my interest in knowing the Sadhana procedure. Aghora looked at me and smiled. The procedure he explained was as follows.
One needs Kanakavati Yantra and Swarna Chaitanya rosary for this Sadhana. Sadhak must get up early on the day of Diwali and take a bath. Get into fresh yellow cloth and sit on a yellow mat facing south. Take a wooden plank and cover it too with fresh yellow cloth. Place a picture of Gurudev and worship Him with vermillion, rice grains, flowers etc. Light an oil lamp and an incense stick. Then chant one round of Guru Mantraand pray to Gurudev for success in Sadhana.
Now place Kanakavati yantra in a copper plate and place it in front of Gurudev’s picture. Next make a mark on the yantra with saffron and chant 11 rounds of the following mantra with the swarna chaitanya rosary.
Place the yantra in your shop or in your factory. Light an incense stick and a ghee lamp in front of the yantra on every following Diwalis. This ensures continuous growth in your business. I have made a lot of my household disciple perform this procedure and ever y time the results were astonishing.
This incident took place in the hills of Garhwal. I came across a sage, Harinand Baba, who was extremely popular in this region. It was Navaratras and I was wandering around his hermitage. One fine day, while I was busy in my Sadhana, the same sage came to me. He sat on a rock adjacent to me and waited for the completion of the Sadhana. Once I got up, he smiled at me and asked about me. Harinand Baba then asked me to stay in his hermitage and continue my Sadhana there only. He told me that there is every facility and I won’t have to wander around for anything.
I being an ascetic from my childhood, normally preferred to stay away from any sort of bonds. However, I had a keen interest to know how this sage was able to look after such a huge hermitage. The people around the area were not very rich and in the last few days I didn’t even see people coming and offering him anything.
Out of my curiosity, I agreed to go to his hermitage but only after the completion of the Sadhana. On the tenth day of Navaratra, I found that the disciples of Harinand Baba were busy in cleaning the hermitage. I entered into the hermitage and no one stopped me. Probably, Harinand Baba must have told his disciple about my probable arrival. Harinand Baba welcomed me and congratulated me on successful completion of my Sadhana. I was little bit surprised as to how did he come to know about my accomplishment. I then concluded that definitely Baba Ji was an accomplished sadhak and should have performed many Sadhanas himself. This further attracted me towards him as I thought I can learn something from him.
As days passed, I saw people from villages started coming to the hermitage. Baba Ji had organized a holy sacrifice for the betterment of all the villagers. The holy sacrifice started around 10:00 am and I was astonished to see the arrangements. After the completion of the holy sacrifice, there was an arrangement of a grand feast. There was everything that you can think of in the feast. I was left speechless on watching all these arrangements. I had never ever seen any sage offering such a grand feast to anyone.
I made up my mind to know about all these luxuries. I can see that Harinand Baba Ji was reading my mind and was smiling at me. I continued to stay in his hermitage and started serving him. Slowly, I started to feel a strong bond with him. One day he called me and said, “It’s time for you to move ahead in life. You have to accomplish many other Sadhanas, and for that you need to find other Gurus. However, I will teach you a Sadhana by means of which you will be able to gain unending resources in life. And anyhow, you were also interested in learning this Sadhana right from the very first day you came here.”
He then further told me that today is Diwali and I will share a very secret Sadhana with you. I have not taught this Sadhana even to my disciples till now. He then gave me a yantra and rosary and shared the Sadhana procedure as mentioned below.
One needs Akhand Maha Lakshmi Yantra and Lakshmi Chaitanya rosary for this Sadhana. Sadhak must get up early on the day of Diwali and take a bath. Get into fresh yellow cloth and sit on a yellow mat facing south. Take a wooden plank and cover it too with fresh yellow cloth. Place a picture of Gurudev and worship Him with vermillion, rice grains, flowers etc.
Light an oil lamp and an incense stick. Then chant one round of Guru Mantra with the crystal rosary and pray to Gurudev for success in Sadhana. Now place the yantra in a copper plate and place it in front of Gurudev’s. Next make a mark on yantra with saffron and chant 11 rounds of the following mantra with the Lakshmi Chaitanya rosary.
Place the yantra in your safe or at your worship place. Light an incense stick and a ghee lamp in front of the yantra daily. This ensures continuous growth in your life. You will see that financially you have become much stronger, with each passing year, your bank balance will increase, your energy to accomplish any task will grow, you will have a more happy family life, you will be more famous, have more name and fame in the society.
