I salute to Goddess MahaLakshmi who knows everything, who bestows all the boons, who causes fear in all the wicked people and who is the remover of all the sorrows.
One of the biggest curses of current world is poverty. Have you ever seen a life of a struggling father or mother? Have you seen those small orphan children begging on the roads – whether it is cold, hot or raining? Have you seen those men who are putting tremendous amount of effort in their life just to manage the survival of their family? And even after so much struggle in life, they remain deprived of the most necessities. It is poverty which pushes a man or woman to follow the wrong path in life.
No one from the childhood wishes to become a criminal. All of us when we were a child & were asked what we wish to become when we grow up used to say something like police officer, army men, businessman, pilot etc. However, not all of us had the same privileges in life which now differentiates us as a successful or an unsuccessful person. And this harsh world forced them to beg, carry mediocre tasks, or even worse to enter into the world of crimes to meet their needs. No doubt, their means are incorrect, however a person with empty stomach doesn’t have a lot of choices.
At times it is also observed that a lot of people have wealth, but they don’t have a healthy life. There are several people around the world who possess a lot of wealth, yet they can’t enjoy their life. They can’t eat what they want, their body restricts their movements and they can’t move around freely to the places they want to visit and in a way remains confined within their house or hospital. What is the need of such a money if it can’t be used on what we want to do in life?
And what about if you have a lot of wealth & a great health, yet you don’t have a perfect life partner. He or she always remain irritated & there is a lack of harmony in life. Isn’t such a house close to hell where the husband & wife don’t have affection towards each other? Their children remain tensed & soon they either become detached from the family or grow a feeling of disbelief against the opposite sex. Due to these reasons a lot of children these days are visiting psychologists at a very young age. What is the use of such a money & health in life?
There are many couples who have good health, enormous amount of wealth, have loving & caring partner but they don’t have a child. Under such a situation, the couple remains worried about what will happen to them in the old age, who will look after them, who will take care of the property etc. They start to get detached because of this void because they feel incompleteness in life without a child. Thus, even such a life can’t be called a blessed life.
An even worse situation arises if a person has all the above attributes but the child doesn’t obey the parents. The parents remain worried about the child’s future & life and always remains doubtful as to what will happen to the child after them. Who will take care of them? It has also been seen that few children fall into bad company & then brings disgrace to family. Under such a situation, the parents feel that it would have been more fortunate to remain childless throughout the life.
One another aspect of life is to gain fame in life. What is the use of that life where we are not able to make a mark for ourselves in this world? How does our life become different than that of an animal? Even animals eat, drink, move around, give birth to their offspring, so what differentiates a human from an animal. It’s the name, the prosperity, the authority of the human being that differentiates a man from an animal. What is the advantage of getting this human life if we die before making a mark in history?
Goddess Kamala is the tenth Mahavidya. She is considered the Hindu Goddess of consciousness, prosperity, generosity & creation. She is depicted as a beautiful woman with golden skin, seated or standing on a lotus flower. Her four hands represent four spiritual virtues. She sits on a fully blossomed lotus, a seat of the divine truth. Her personal charm is considered par excellence. An atmosphere of divine happiness, mental & spiritual satisfaction & prosperity always exists around her. Her palm is always extended to bless people. She wears a resplendent crown & a silken dress. As a Mahavidya, she represents the unfolding of inner consciousness into the fullness of creation. Her greatest power is the removal of poverty, both material and spiritual.

One needs Kamala Yantra, Dwaadasha Jyoti Ratna, Lakshmi Padma Shankha, Lakshmi Var-Varad Rosary for this sadhana.
Sadhak must take a bath just at the beginning of the auspicious time. He should collect all the articles like water tumbler, saffron, unbroken rice grains, coconut, fruits, sweet made of milk, flowers etc. before starting the sadhana procedure. Usage of Ashtagandha holds great significance in this sadhana so the sadhak should get it beforehand & create a paste of it with water.
Take two wooden seats in front of you & cover them with yellow clothes. Place a picture of SadGuruDev & worship Him with vermillion, flowers, rice grains & seek His blessing for the success in the sadhana. Then chant one round of Guru Mantra.
Next take the yantra & bathe it with water. Next bathe it with Panchaamrita (mixture of milk, curd, ghee, honey & sugar) and then again bathe it with water & wipe dry. Next place Lord Ganapati in a separate plate.
Now place the NavaGraha on the other wooden seat. Take a plate & cover it too with a yellow cloth. Make sixteen marks on this cloth by making a 4×4 row column matrix i.e. 4 dots in one row & create 4 such rows. Offer one clove & cardamom on each dot & worship it with Ashtagnadha. Now join your hands & meditate on the form of the Goddess.
Now place Lakshmi Padma Shankha chanting “Om Namah Shivaaya” in front of the yantra & put some unbroken rice grains & flower on your head. Now place the Kamala Yantra on the plate where you made sixteen marks & similarly make sixteen marks on the yantra with Ashtagandha. Place all the Dwadasha JyotiRatna around the yantra which represents various forms of the Goddess. Next take some flowers & rice grains in your hands & invoke the Goddess.
Now light a ghee lamp & worship it. After that light an incense stick & then offer vermillion, flowers, garland, unbroken rice, sweet, fruit & some money to the yantra. Now take the Lakshmi Var-Varad rosary & worship it with vermillion, flowers & unbroken rice grains. This rosary is energized with special mantras & is indeed very fortunate to get such a rosary in life. Next the Sadhak should light sixteen ghee lamps & then chant 5 rounds of the following mantra sitting at that place only.
Sit at your worship place with closed eyes for 5 minutes meditating on the form of Mother Goddess & imagining getting energized by the power transmitted by Gurudev. Perform Guru Aarti & Lakshmi Aarti after completion of the mantra chanting. Thereafter, eat the food with your entire family.
Keep the yantra in your worship place & wear the rosary around your neck. If possible, try to include 1 round of the mantra chanting in your daily routine. This ensures continuous blessings from the Goddess. You will soon be left astonished by favorable conditions that will start coming your way as blessing of the Mother Goddess.
