We meditate on Kuber, who is the king of Yakshas and is the son of Vishravana. May the god of riches inspire and enlighten us.
Lord Kuber is the treasurer of all the wealth possessed by the Gods, and he was granted this boon by Lord Shiva due to his simple nature. This simple nature of Lord Kuber is what makes him a quick pleasing God.
Becoming more successful is the essence of life and who doesn’t aspire to get richer after each following day? Kuber Yantra Sadhana is the most famous sadhana among all the sadhanas of the world to get rich in life. Such is the popularity of Lord Kuber that He finds place in even Jain and Buddha religions.
In the current era, no matter whether the work is related to business or health or any religious task or anything related to social welfare, everything is dependent on money. It is not that in the ancient world the worth of money was negligent, all our sages have performed sadhanas related to wealth and due to this reason only their hermitage always remained abundant. When the great king Dashrath needed money for a war, he was helped by his Guru Vasishta because Vasistha was an accomplished sadhak of this sadhana. It is also a fact that his hermitage consisted of thousands of disciples who he used to feed by himself. This proves that our sages were not beggars, and they lived as wealthy people.
The present era is completely different from the past. In early days, people were mostly wealthy, and they didn’t have to beg before others to fulfill their needs. The reason for this is acceptance of Tantra in their daily life which helped the sages to live a life in abundance. In the olden days, spiritualism was the base of life and money was not considered as important; however, in the current world, money is the basis of life and spiritualism is neglected.
Some of the advantages of performing this sadhana are mentioned below:
No fire sacrifice, worship or festival can be complete without offering prayers to Lord Kuber. Kuber, who rules the north direction, is worshiped not only in the middle of a worship or sadhana but is also worshiped at the end when the person offers flowers chanting the mantra. One who regularly performs the sadhana of Kuber is blessed with success in every field of life – may it be trade, job or some business.
Kuber sadhana is equally effective for sudden wealth gain and for inheritance. Without performing Kuber sadhana, wealth can never remain forever with the person in life. Kuber, like Lord Shiva, is very easy to please and bestows one with enormous boons. Thus, one should include Kuber sadhana in daily ritual to continuously attain His blessings.
Sadhana Procedure:
One needs Ekaakshi Nariyal and Kamalgatta rosary for this procedure. The most auspicious day to perform this sadhana is Dhan Trayodashi, however, this sadhana can also be tried on any Sunday. This sadhana must be performed early in the morning.
Get up early well before sun rise and take a bath. Get into fresh yellow clothes and sit on a yellow mat facing north. Take a wooden plank and cover it too with fresh yellow cloth. Place a picture of Gurudev and worship Him with vermillion, rice grains, flowers etc. Light a ghee lamp and an incense stick. Then chant one round of Guru Mantra with the rosary and pray to Gurudev for success in sadhana.
Now take a plate and place it in front of Gurudev’s picture. Put Ekaakshi Nariyal on the plate and bathe it with milk. Next bathe Ekaakshi Nariyal with fresh water and pat it dry. Replace the plate with a fresh plate and place Ekaakshi Nariyal on it. Worship Ekaakshi Nariyal with sandalwood, unbroken rice grains, flowers etc. Now chant 5 rounds of the below mantra with the rosary.

।। ऊॅं ऐं हृीं ऐं हृीं श्रीं अक्षय कुबेराय प्राप्त्यर्थंम् एकाक्षिनालिकेराय नमः ।।
After completing the mantra chanting, offer flowers to Gurudev and the Lord to forgive any mistakes committed during the sadhana. Wrap EkaakshiNariyal in a red cloth and place it in your safe. Tie the rosary in the red cloth and drop it in a river or pond the next day of the sadhana.
