|| Om Virshnu Virshnu Shreemadbhagwato Mahapurushasya Vishno Raagya Pravartamaanasya ….
Vinshatitamein Kaliyuge Kalipratham Charane Jambudweepe
Bharatvarshe Aaryaavartekadeshaantargate ….. Amukkshetre …….Dhaaryaami ||
In simple words, this Mantra means – O Vishnu, foster of the universe – and all the great beings mentioned in the Bhagavad Gita – In this Kali Yuga, under the witness of all ancestors from the Vedic period of India and the entire Aarya region under the shelter of Mount Kailash, I seek your blessings and power-energy to initiate and complete this task.
We always chant this Mantra before starting any auspicious and pious tasks, but we do not imbibe its meaning or significance. The sole purpose of chanting it is to ensure that we always remember and do not forget our basic roots and foundations. Our history is not a mere 100-200 years old, rather it dates back thousands of years. The wisdom and experience of so many years are fully described and documented. It is a gift which everyone has obtained for free, but all are not benefitting from this. This knowledge is not an heirloom of a tiny minority, rather it has been bequeathed to the entire humanity. All of us can leverage and benefit from this illustrated knowledge. SadGurudevji has been promoting this divine knowledge for many years, we just need to adopt it with an open mind and hands. We always seek authentication of our mythological knowledge or consider it a mode for priests or Hindu saints to swindle the public for money. However, it is a matter of shame for us, when foreign universities certify its authenticity by following its direction or path. My sole purpose in telling you all this is to state that we should never forget our origin, our roots, or despise it. Anyone who comprehended this is at the pinnacle of his material and spiritual level. I do hope that you will definitely try to understand this point and will try to imbibe this knowledge. Sadhana Camps are regularly organized at many places to expand this wisdom.
Your own,
Vineet Shrimali
