Lord Ganesha is the remover of all obstacles; He is the guardian of knowledge and is also the master of wisdom. All the devotees pray to the benevolent Lord to gain positive energy in their lives and to obtain favorable results in their tasks. Mantras of Lord Ganesha are also known as Siddhi Mantras. Wide acceptance of Lord Ganesha can be easily concluded by considering the names by which He is remembered by His devotees. Some of the most famous names are Ganapati, Vignesha, Ganesha, Vinayak, Ekadenta, Lambodara, Gajanana etc.
The significance and auspiciousness of Lord Ganesha can be easily inferred by the very fact that He is the first worshiped God, and any auspicious work is started only after offering prayers to Him. Along with Goddess Kali, Lord Ganpati is the other God who are the most favorable deities of the Kalyuga. Presented below are four special sadhanas related to various forms of Lord Ganpati that are a blessing in the current era. Performing the sadhanas of the benevolent Lord in these forms can help us fulfill our wishes and get rid of various troubles that we are facing in our lives.
Shakti Vinayak Ganpati Procedure
This form of Lord Ganpati is very favorable to gain the grace of Goddess Lakshmi, money, beautiful wife, power & success in one’s field. One needs Shakti Vinayak Shankh, Shakti Vinayak Yantra & Shakti Vinayak rosary for the sadhana.
Take a bath early in the morning and get into fresh yellow cloth and sit on a yellow mat facing north. First, go out of your home and worship Lord Sun by offering some water along with some rice grains and vermillion. Touch the offered water and put the fingers on your forehead. Next enter your worship room, take a wooden plank and cover it with a fresh yellow cloth. Place a picture of revered SadGurudev and worship Him with vermillion, rice grains, flowers etc. Light a ghee lamp and an incense stick. Then chant one round of Guru Mantra with Shakti Vinayaka rosary and pray to SadGurudev for success in sadhana.
Next place Shakti Vinayak Shankh and Shakti Vinayak Yantra in front of Gurudev’s picture and meditate on the form of Lord Ganpati speaking out, “I bow down and pray to Lord Ganpati who is wearing Ankush and AkshayaShutra in left hands, who is wearing teeth and Paasha in right hands, who is holding Modak with His trunk, who is sitting along with His wives, one who is looking beautiful in golden ornaments and the one who has a glow of rising sun on the face.”
Next worship the Shankha and yantra with vermillion, rice grains, flowers etc. Offer Modak to Lord Ganpati. For best results, it is advised to chant the mantra one lakh and twenty-five thousand times. However, on this pious day, a sadhak can obtain favorable results by chanting just 5 rounds of the mantra below.

If you wish to chant complete one lakh twenty-five thousand times of the mantra, then it is mandatory to complete the mantra chanting within 11 or 21 days. Then make holy sacrifice with ghee, grains, followed by banana and coconut. Doing this ensures abundance of food, wealth, prosperity and the sadhak also acquires hypnotic power. Drop all the sadhana articles in a river or pond the next day.
Uchchhishta Ganpati Procedure
This sadhana of Lord Ganpati is performed to win over situations like court cases, enmity, quarrels, any sort of fear as well as to win in betting. One needs Uchchhishta Ganpati Picture, Uchchhishta Ganpati Yantra, Uchchhishta Ganpati Rosary & AshtaMaatrikaa symbols for this sadhana. This sadhana shall be performed early in the morning between 5 am to 8 am. Take a bath and get into fresh yellow cloth and sit on a yellow mat facing North. Take a wooden plank and cover it with a fresh yellow cloth. Place a picture of revered SadGurudev and worship Him with vermillion, rice grains, flowers etc. Light a ghee lamp and an incense stick. Then chant one round of Guru Mantra and pray to Gurudev for success in sadhana.
Now place the picture of Uchchhishta Ganpati next to Gurudev’s picture and place the yantra in front of this picture. Meditate on the form of Lord Ganpati with, “four hands, blood colored, having three eyes, sitting on a lotus flower, having a Paasha & teeth in right hands & who is in a state of happiness”. Now place the eight Maatrikas named – Brahmi, Maaheshawari, Kaumari, Vaishnavi, Vaaraahi, Indraani, Chamundaa & Lakshmi, in the eight directions and worship them. Next worship all the articles with vermillion, rice grains, flowers etc. Offer Laddus as pious food to the Lord.

One must make 108 holy offerings in the fire after mantra chanting. To hypnotize someone, offer a mixture of ghee, honey, sugar and puffed rice. To win over your enemies, offer flowers with mustard oil in the fire. Drop all the sadhana articles in a river or pond the next day.
Maha Ganpati Procedure
Maha Ganpati Sadhana is a wonderful ritual whose chief boon is to eradicate generations of poverty. For a person born in middle or lower class, this could be the golden opportunity of striking it rich, that he or she might have been looking for. To those acquainted with religious rituals this should not come as a surprise, for Ganpati worship has always formed an important part of Lakshmi Sadhana.
Lord Ganpati’s blessings are capable of bestowing both Bhog (worldly pleasures) as well as Moksh (spiritual enlightenment) on an individual. Sadhana of Maha Ganpati aims at neutralizing all the sins and evil deeds of one’s past lives thus making one eligible to enjoy wealth, prosperity and all the pleasures to the fullest, paving the way for total fulfilment and ultimately spiritual elevation.
The following benefits surely accrue through this sadhana:
One needs Paarad Ganpati, Mangaldaayika & Yellow Hakeek Rosary. Take a bath early in the morning and wear yellow cloth. Sit on a yellow mat facing East. Cover a wooden seat with yellow cloth. Place a picture of revered SadGurudev and worship Him with vermillion, rice grains, flowers etc. Light a ghee lamp and an incense stick. Pray to Gurudev as below.

Next chant one round of Guru Mantra and pray to Gurudev for success in sadhana. Now take a plate and put it in front of Gurudev’s picture. Place a Paarad Ganpati in the plate. Next chanting Om Ganeshaaye Namah (ऊँ गणेशाय नमः) bathe the Paarad Ganpati with pure water, milk, curd, ghee, sugar, honey & then water again in the mentioned order. Wipe it dry and place it in a separate plate on which a Swastik has been inscribed with vermillion paste.
Offer vermillion, incense and Laddoos to the deity. Next make a mound of rice grains and on it place Mangaldaayika. Offer 108 fragrant flowers on it, each time chanting Om Ganeshaaye Namah. Now chant 5 rounds of the following mantra with a yellow Hakeek rosary.

After 3 days drop Mangaldaayika and rosary in a river or pond. Keep the Paarad Ganpati at your worship place & light an incense daily before the Lord.
Haridraa Ganpati Procedure
Every successful person in this world possesses attraction power and the power to neutralize one’s enemies. This procedure of Lord Ganesha is the most significant procedure among all other procedures of Lord Ganesha to gain these attributes. One needs HaridraGanpati and Peetha rosary for this procedure.
Take a bath early in the morning and get into fresh yellow cloth and sit on a yellow mat facing north. Take a wooden plank and cover it with a fresh yellow cloth. Place a picture of revered SadGurudev and worship Him with vermillion, rice grains, flowers etc. Light a ghee lamp and an incense stick. Then chant one round of Guru Mantra with Peetha rosary and pray to Gurudev for success in sadhana.
Next place Haridra Ganpati alongside Gurudev’s picture and meditate on the form of Lord Ganpati speaking out, “I bow down to Lord Ganesha who is wearing Ankush and AkshayaShutra in left hands, wearing teeth and Paasha in right hands, sitting on a golden thrown, having a turmeric-colored radiance, three eyed and wearing yellow colored clothes.”
Next worship the Haridra Ganpati with vermillion, rice grains, flowers etc. Offer Modak to Lord Ganpati. For best results, it is advised to chant the mantra one lakh and twenty five thousand times. However, on this pious day, a sadhak can obtain favorable results by chanting 5 rounds of the below mantra.
