A person must try to activate his Kundalini power. There are various means to accomplish this. One can practice yoga, meditation or can even perform sadhanas related to these chakras. However, practicing and activating the Kundalini through yoga is not that simple. Apart from that one needs a Guru who can teach the correct method for Kundalini activation. One can even become mad if the Kundalini power gets out of control and thus it is utmost important to practice such yoga under the guidance of a well qualified Guru only.
Meditation can also be used to achieve this goal, but again meditation is not that simple. One has to meditate with no disturbance to achieve this goal. One can become lazy in this situation as a person may go into a sleep considering it as a part of meditation.
Other method is to activate the Kundalini power by means of sadhanas. This is one of the most effective method to activate the Kundalini power. However, along with the sadhana, a person must obtain the Diksha related to each chakra prior to starting this sadhana. As this process is completely guided by a great Guru, the chances of anything going wrong in this process is diminished to zero. On the other hand, it also ensures that the Kundalini gets activated in this situation. If anyone has gone through Mahatama Gandhi’s book, then he has mentioned it very clearly that he greatly desired to get initiated by Kriya Yoga Diksha in his life.
It is definitely our fortune that we are living in an era where we have a great Guru who can guide us on the path of meditation, who can grant various Dikshas related to Kundalini Jagran, who can activate our Kundalini power. This is the great kindness of Gurudev to grant special Dikshas during the period of 25th December 2015 to 5th January 2016. This period is very auspicious to take various dikshas related Kundalini activation and to get involved in traveling the path to eternal joy in life. One can meet Gurudev personally or can send the photograph to obtain these dikshas during this time period.
