One can gain control over mind by consciously putting efforts in this direction with full energy and enthusiasm. One should daily practice meditation for some time at a quiet and try to remove all the thoughts from the mind. One should close the eyes and try to focus between the two eyebrows area. One should imagine a light at this spot and try to completely focus on this light. It will be difficult to focus or even imagine a light at this point in the beginning but with practice, a light will start to emerge before you. In the beginning this light might be dull or small, but with time it will become clear and might appear as a flame of lamp or might twinkle like that of a firefly, or like sun rays or a bulb. Just try to keep the light the way it appears before you.
The more stable this light will become, the clearer you will see this light. This light is called as the divine vision or microscopic vision. Actually, this internal light is always present within a human being but is not visible to normal humans. One can see any one or any place within this world by the means of this divine vision.
To activate the divine vision, it is important to understand the various important energy spots within our body. All these divine energy spots are bunch of nerves and are called as Chakras. One can reach into Praanmaya Kosha from Annamaya Kosha by activating these chakras by means of meditation.
When the energy generated by our body and soul get mixed with the mental energy a divine light is generated that provides us spiritual experiences. This energy amalgamation & experience is called Kundalini. Undoubtedly, it is a divine energy using which one can understand various secrets of this body and the entire universe. At times, the sadhak is unable to see any light on these chakras & just observes some vibration only. The reason behind is the sins that cover these chakras and one has to practice again or get initiated by an able Guru to overcome this situation.
During the initial phase of Kundalini activation, the sadhaks don’t observe any internal light on these chakras. However, the energy of our breathing starts to do its job. The energy generated by this breathing process excites the Mulaadhaar Chakra. One can feel movement of ants, or flow of warm or cold water that excites the entire body, or an urge to throw hands and feet due to sudden excitement and sometimes even the sadhaks gets thrown away from their seat. Some other sadhaks can hear bells or chirping of birds, or sounds of drum, musical instruments, thunder etc. All these are an indication that the Kundalini of the sadhak has started to activate.
Slowly when this energy starts to rise higher, the soul starts to get detached from this body and starts to create a link with the internal world. An utter bliss starts to exist within the life of such a sadhak. Muladhaar Chakra resides just above the anal area and special nerves starts from here and passes though the spinal cord. These nerves come out of spinal cord at some places within our body and form a bunch of nerves there. These bunch of nerves are called Chakras and some details related to these chakras are provided below:
1) Mulaadhaar Chakra
This is the first most chakra and holds utmost importance. One can enter the path of enlightenment by first activating this chakra. This Chakra resides just above the anal area and concentrating on this point can activate this chakra. The sadhaks should start their journey of Kundalini activation from this chakra only.
2) Swaadhishthaan Chakra
This chakra is the second chakra in human body and resides at the bottom of the spinal cord. Concentrating on this chakra can help to maintain celibacy and one can even gain full control over lust by concentrating on this chakra.
3) Manipur Chakra
This is the third chakra and is also called as naval chakra. Thousands of nerves meet at our naval point and is thus called as the centre of human body. A sadhak who is able to activate the Manipur chakra gains full control over oneself and becomes a true yogi.
4) Anaahata Chakra
This is the fourth chakra and resides between the lungs. This chakra appears like a blossoming lotus flower. Activating this chakra means gaining the capability to see the ultimate soul. The sadhak gets rid of all the pride and becomes pious after activating his chakra.
5) Vishuddha Chakra
This chakra is the fifth chakra and resides within the vocal cord area. This chakra has sixteen rings and is also termed as sixteen petaled lotus flower. Activating this chakra means gaining full control over one’s hunger and thirst.
6) Aagya Chakra
This is the sixth chakra and resides between the eyebrows area. One can see events happening at distant places by concentrating on this chakra. One gets rid of all the troubles of life after activating this chakra. This chakra is also called as the third eye.
7) Sahastraara
This is the seventh and the last chakra of human body. This is also called as Brahmarandhra. This chakra resides within our brain area. This chakra is the door to nirvana and only a few yogis have gained control over this chakra. It has been mentioned in the Shaastras that a person who activates this chakra gains control over death and can live a life of ones choice.
Such sadhaks can witness all the three forms of time – present, past as well as future. Kundalini activation is a very important aspect of human life. A life that is devoted to activate the Kundalini energy can only be termed as a worthy life. One can activate this Kundalini power by means of sadhanas, yoga, Diksha or by the grace of the SadGuru. Activating Kundalini energy means becoming divine from being a sand dune!
